Hi Limetree,
We were excited to visit your Sheikh Zayed for breakfast today and experience your wonderful Christmas ambiance. The food lived up to our expectations—delicious and well-prepared. Santosh was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.
Unfortunately, our experience was spoiled by rude customer service by another of your staff member, Michelle (retail?). Upon entering, she gave us a judgmental head-to-toe look. When we asked about the price of some items (gift baskets), she dismissively replied, “What’s your budget?” To top it off, as we browsed the goods, she followed and disinfected everything we looked at immediately, making us feel unwelcome.
It’s disappointing that such a lovely setting and great food are overshadowed by poor treatment by your retail staff Michelle. I hope the management addresses this.
